These terms apply to the Focus Sprint app on iPhone and Android. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the app.

What Focus Sprint is

Focus Sprint is a productivity tool: a focus timer with reminders, a soft app shield, rewards and insights. It is not a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or replace care for ADHD or any other condition. If you need medical advice, talk to a qualified professional.

Your use of the app

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse it. The app shield is a gentle aid: it can be bypassed, may not work on every device, and shouldn't be relied on for anything critical.

Premium subscriptions

• Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, sold and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) at the price shown in the app before you buy.
• It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel it any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.

Your data

Your sprints, notes and stats stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details. Keep in mind that deleting the app deletes this data and we can't restore it.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using or not being able to use the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change, we'll update this page and the date above; continuing to use the app means you accept the new version.

Що таке Focus Sprint

Focus Sprint — інструмент для продуктивності: таймер фокусу з нагадуваннями, м'який щит від застосунків, нагороди та статистика. Це не медичний виріб: він не діагностує, не лікує і не замінює допомогу при СДУГ чи будь-яких інших станах. Якщо потрібна медична порада, звернись до фахівця.

Користування застосунком

Застосунком можна користуватися в особистих некомерційних цілях. Будь ласка, не копіюй, не перепродавай, не розбирай і не використовуй його на шкоду. Щит від застосунків — м'яка підтримка: його можна обійти, він може працювати не на всіх пристроях, і на нього не варто покладатися в чомусь критичному.

Підписка Premium

• Premium — необов'язкова підписка з автопоновленням, яку продає і списує Apple (App Store) або Google (Google Play) за ціною, показаною в застосунку перед покупкою.
• Вона поновлюється автоматично в кінці кожного періоду, якщо не скасувати її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця. Керувати нею чи скасувати можна будь-коли в налаштуваннях акаунта App Store або Google Play.
• Якщо є безкоштовний пробний період, після нього підписка стає платною, якщо не скасувати її раніше.
• Повернення коштів здійснює Apple або Google за своїми правилами.
• Видалення застосунку не скасовує підписку.

Твої дані

Твої спринти, нотатки й статистика зберігаються на пристрої. Подробиці — у Політиці конфіденційності. Пам'ятай: видалення застосунку видаляє ці дані, і відновити їх ми не зможемо.

Без гарантій

Застосунок надається «як є», без будь-яких гарантій. Наскільки це дозволяє закон, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки, пов'язані з використанням застосунку чи неможливістю ним скористатися. Ніщо тут не обмежує прав, які тобі надає законодавство про захист прав споживачів і які не можна обмежити.

Зміни

Ми можемо оновлювати застосунок і ці умови. Якщо умови зміняться, ми оновимо цю сторінку й дату вгорі; користуючись застосунком і далі, ти приймаєш нову версію.
