Focus Sprint is built to work on your device. We don't have accounts, ads, analytics or tracking. This policy explains the little data that exists and where it goes.

Data that stays on your device

• Your sprints (start and end time, length, energy level, how it ended), parking-lot notes, XP, badges, streaks and Spark's wardrobe.
• Your settings (language, theme, sounds, reminders).

This data is stored only in the app's storage on your phone and in the home-screen widget. It is never sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it.

Backups

In Settings → Your progress you can save a backup file with your sprints, parking-lot notes, badges, claimed quests and settings. The app creates the file on your phone and opens the system share sheet; you decide where it goes (for example Files, a cloud drive or email), and that service's own terms apply. The app never uploads it. "Restore from a backup" reads only the file you pick and replaces the progress on this phone.

App shield

iPhone: the shield uses Apple's Screen Time API. You choose apps in Apple's own picker; the app receives only opaque tokens, not the names of your apps or your usage, and nothing leaves your device.

Android: with your permission, the app reads which app is in the foreground (Usage access) and shows a pause screen over it (Display over other apps) — only while a sprint with the shield is running. This information is used on the device and never stored or sent anywhere.

Purchases

Subscriptions are sold by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never see your payment details. To check whether Premium is active, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives a random anonymous ID, your purchase history for this app and basic device information (such as OS version and country). It is not linked to your name or email and is not used for advertising.

Notifications

Sprint-end, break and reminder notifications are scheduled on your device. No push server is involved.

Writing to us

"Report a problem or idea" in Settings, and a shield test that didn't work, open your own email app with a draft that lists the app version, phone model, OS version, language and whether the shield and notifications are allowed. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself; we use your email and these details only to answer you, and delete them on request.

Children

Focus Sprint is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone.

Your choices

You can turn off notifications and the shield at any time, revoke permissions in system settings, and erase all data by deleting the app. For purchase data held by RevenueCat, contact us and we'll request deletion of your anonymous ID.

Focus Sprint працює на твоєму пристрої. У нас немає акаунтів, реклами, аналітики чи стеження. Тут описано ті небагато даних, що існують, і куди вони потрапляють.

Дані, що лишаються на пристрої

• Спринти (час початку й кінця, тривалість, рівень енергії, як завершився), нотатки з парковки думок, XP, бейджі, стріки та вбрання Спарка.
• Налаштування (мова, тема, звуки, нагадування).

Ці дані зберігаються лише в сховищі застосунку на телефоні та у віджеті. Вони ніколи не надсилаються нам чи комусь іще. Видалення застосунку видаляє їх.

Резервні копії

У Налаштуваннях → «Твій прогрес» можна зберегти файл-копію зі спринтами, нотатками з парковки думок, бейджами, отриманими квестами й налаштуваннями. Застосунок створює файл на телефоні й відкриває системне меню «Поділитися»; куди його зберегти (наприклад, у Файли, хмарний диск чи пошту), вирішуєш ти, і там діють правила того сервісу. Застосунок ніколи сам його не вивантажує. «Відновити з копії» читає лише обраний тобою файл і замінює прогрес на цьому телефоні.

Щит від застосунків

iPhone: щит використовує Screen Time API від Apple. Ти обираєш застосунки у вікні Apple; застосунок отримує лише анонімні токени — без назв застосунків і без даних про використання, і нічого не залишає пристрій.

Android: з твого дозволу застосунок бачить, який застосунок зараз відкритий (Доступ до даних про використання), і показує поверх нього екран паузи (Поверх інших вікон) — лише під час спринту з увімкненим щитом. Ця інформація використовується на пристрої й ніде не зберігається і не надсилається.

Покупки

Підписку продає Apple (App Store) або Google (Google Play); ми не бачимо твоїх платіжних даних. Щоб перевірити, чи активний Premium, застосунок використовує RevenueCat, який отримує випадковий анонімний ID, історію покупок у цьому застосунку та базову інформацію про пристрій (версія ОС, країна). Це не пов'язано з твоїм іменем чи поштою і не використовується для реклами.

Сповіщення

Сповіщення про кінець спринту, перерву й нагадування плануються на пристрої. Жодного push-сервера.

Якщо ти пишеш нам

«Повідомити про проблему чи ідею» в Налаштуваннях і невдала перевірка щита відкривають твій поштовий застосунок із чернеткою, де вказано версію застосунку, модель телефона, версію ОС, мову і чи дозволені щит та сповіщення. Нічого не надсилається, доки ти сам не натиснеш «Надіслати»; твою пошту й ці дані ми використовуємо лише щоб відповісти, і видаляємо на прохання.

Діти

Focus Sprint не призначений для дітей до 13 років, і ми свідомо не збираємо персональних даних ні від кого.

Твій вибір

Ти можеш будь-коли вимкнути сповіщення та щит, відкликати дозволи в системних налаштуваннях і стерти всі дані, видаливши застосунок. Щодо даних про покупки в RevenueCat — напиши нам, і ми попросимо видалити твій анонімний ID.
